Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our website, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You can pay by card, PayPal, or Klarna. Prefer to order by phone? Call us on 01254 234 567.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can usually amend or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible on 01254 234 567 or email hello@ghfo.co.uk. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
Do you offer finance?
Yes! We offer Interest Free Credit on orders over £500 through Klarna. Spread the cost over 6, 12, or 24 months at 0% APR. See our Finance page for details.
Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption. We never store your full card details — all payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery on all orders over £499. For orders under £499, a standard charge of £49 applies. All deliveries are to your room of choice on the ground floor.
How long will delivery take?
Most in-stock items are delivered within 5–10 working days. Made-to-order items may take 6–10 weeks. You'll receive a confirmed delivery date by email.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across mainland UK. Unfortunately we can't deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man at this time.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email and SMS. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Products

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. See our Returns page for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Are your products brand new?
Yes. We source cancelled orders, overstock, and end-of-line items directly from premium manufacturers. All items are brand new unless clearly labelled as ex-display.
Can I order fabric samples?
Yes — contact us with the product name and we'll post samples free of charge. You're also welcome to view fabrics in our showroom.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
All upholstered furniture comes with a 5-year structural guarantee covering the frame and springs. Other products carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer's guarantee.
