We Arrange Collection
Our team will schedule a convenient collection date that works for you.
Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Contact us on 01254 234 567 or email hello@ghfo.co.uk with your order number. Refund processed within 3–5 working days.
For made-to-order items, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee if production has begun. We'll always let you know before applying any charges.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging where possible
- Free from damage, stains, or pet hair
- Complete with all accessories and components
Items We Cannot Accept
- Made-to-order or custom items (unless faulty)
- Mattresses unsealed from their hygiene wrap
- Items assembled and no longer in original packaging
- Clearance items marked as "final sale"
Your statutory rights are not affected. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
