Gallery Home Furniture Outlet Ltd is registered in England & Wales. Our registered office is at Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire. "We", "us", and "our" refers to Gallery Home Furniture Outlet Ltd.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We confirm by email. A binding contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. Prices may change without notice, but changes won't affect confirmed orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe. See our Delivery page for full details.

5. Cancellations & Returns

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure accuracy. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the actual product. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±2cm.

7. Guarantees

All upholstered furniture carries a 5-year structural guarantee. Other products carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer's guarantee. These are in addition to your statutory rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Gallery Home Furniture Outlet Ltd and protected by copyright law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
